Jason Crouse has built his life around a single conviction: that the people most capable of changing the world are often the ones most at war with themselves.

He is the founder of Saints of Flow and creator of The Flow Code — a transformational system now home to a community of 50+ members who have moved from years of inner work into building something real. His methodology sits at the intersection of emotional integration, identity, and high performance, and is designed for a specific kind of person: high-capacity, deeply feeling, and finally ready.

Before Saints of Flow, Jason was an early team member at Kiavi and atSpoke — two startups that went on to reshape their respective industries. He graduated cum laude from Columbia University with a degree in Film Studies, and is an early investor in cryptocurrency and AI. He cofounded Peak Tennis in 2024, which is now the fastest-growing tennis channel on YouTube.

He has released music on Spotify. He competes in tennis at a UTR 7+ level. He leads retreats. He mentors 1:1 clients who are done waiting and ready to build.

He lives in San Diego with his wife Emily — a naturopathic doctor and fellow visionary — and their first child on the way.
